ROLE DESCRIPTIONLesa Yoho State Farm is a leading provider of Life and Health insurance solutions, dedicated to helping clients secure their financial future. we are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in our office in Fairmont, WV.As a Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will engage directly with clients to assess their needs, present suitable insurance options, and provide outstanding service. Your role is vital in building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coduct in-person cosultations with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and explain life and health insurance products and options.
- Provide accurate quotes and assisst client sin completing applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in Life and Health insurance sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with excellent organizational skills.
- Active West Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
